PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE – DISPATCH OF PROSPECTUS

A Prospectus for the pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue (“ Rights Issue ”) as announced on 24 May 2013 has been dispatched to all eligible shareholders today, Friday 7 June 2013, in accordance with the timetable for the Rights Issue approved on 21 May 2013. Accompanying the Prospectus are personalised entitlement and acceptance forms for each of the eligible shareholders.

In accordance with the Prospectus, an eligible shareholder is a shareholder resident in Australia or New Zealand and recorded as being a shareholder on the Company's share registry records on the Record Date of 6 June 2013, and is otherwise eligible to accept the Offer made under the Prospectus.
