PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE – UPDATE

The Company advises that one of the Company’s substantial shareholders, Carling Capital Partners has today taken up its full entitlement under the pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue (“ Rights Issue ”).

The Rights Issue will close on Monday 24[th] June 2013 at 5pm

All eligible shareholders will have received a copy of the Prospectus together with a personalised entitlement and acceptance form.

In accordance with the Prospectus, an eligible shareholder is a shareholder resident in Australia or New Zealand and recorded as being a shareholder on the Company's share registry records on the Record Date of 6 June 2013, and is otherwise eligible to accept the Offer made under the Prospectus.
