PLACEMENT OF SHARES TO GLOBAL1 PTY LTD

United Orogen Limited (“United Orogen”, ASX:UOG) has resolved to grant a placement of shares in the Company to Global1 Pty Ltd. Global1 Pty Ltd has subscribed for an immediate placement of 5,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in United Orogen at an issue price of 0.4c equivalent to 4.6% of the company’s current total issued capital for a total investment of $20,000.00.

The placement is for less than 15% of the company’s share capital and does not require shareholder approval under Section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001.

The placement will be used for working capital.

The Company will lodge a cleansing statement and appendix 3B once the shares have been issued.
