ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Board Changes

Paterson Resources Limited (“Paterson” or “the Company”) (ASX: PSL) advises that Mr Greg Entwistle has been appointed as non-executive director of the Company. Greg is an experienced mining executive who has functioned in multiple countries worldwide. He has played a key role in the development of mines across many commodities. Greg has over 40 years’ experience in design, development and operations in various roles including as a project director, mine manager and Chief Operations Officer.

Mr Nick Johansen has tendered his resignation as non-executive director and chairman of Paterson with immediate effect. Mr Ken Banks will resume the role of non-executive chairman of the Company.

The Company thanks Mr Johansen for his contribution and service to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
