RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Hardey Resources Limited (“Hardey” or “the Company”) (ASX: HDY) announces that Mr Matthew Bowles has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company following the Company’s renewed focus on its Burraga Project in New South Wales.

The Company would like to thank Mr Bowles for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
