APPOINTMENT OF MANAGING DIRECTOR
Elysium Resources Limited (“Elysium” or “Company”) (ASX:EYM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Max Carling as Managing Director.
Mr Carling was originally appointed a Director of the Company on 11 February 2013.
He has over 33 years’ experience in corporate finance and has advised a diverse range of companies in the mining industry during his career. He has successfully managed the structuring and raising of capital from early stage to advanced project finance and has advised extensively in the area of mergers and acquisitions. Max is a director of a number of private companies and has served on ASX listed resource company boards.
His appointment includes remuneration of $280,000 pa, 6 months termination notice and other normal commercial terms.
