APPOINTMENT & RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS

Elysium Resources Limited (“Elysium” or “Company”) (ASX:EYM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Dean Pontin to the Board of Directors.

Mr Pontin is a graduate of Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Surveying and holds a Graduate Diploma in Mining from Ballarat University. He is a member of the AusIMM, holds a Mine Managers Certificates in Indonesia and PNG and has a proven track record in mining and construction activities.

Mr Pontin is Elysium’s current Project Development Manager for the Burraga Copper project and has over 26 years of experience in various roles associated with progressing resource projects from the development phase through to construction, commissioning and operations. He recently became the largest shareholder in Elysium and now holds 132,698,684 shares (10.57%).

Mr Mark Ohlsson has retired from the Board of Directors and will continue as Company Secretary.
