CHANGE OF BOARD AND MAJORITY SHAREHOLDING

Iron Mountain Mining Limited (“Iron Mountain”, ASX:IRM), the majority shareholder of United Orogen Limited (“United Orogen”, ASX:UOG), has today sold sixty million (60,000,000) shares in United Orogen to investor clients of Carling Capital Partners Pty Ltd (“Carling Capital”). Iron Mountain’s shareholding in United Orogen has now reduced to 22.93%.

Messrs. Maxim James Carling, Michael Douglas Tilley have joined the board of United Orogen and Mark Theodore Ohlsson has also been appointed as a director and Company Secretary. The existing Directors and Company Secretary of United Orogen have resigned.

United Orogen welcomes the new Directors and Company Secretary and thanks the outgoing Board members for their services.
