CHANGE OF MANAGING DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors of United Orogen Limited (“the Company”) advises that Managing Director Mr Noel Taylor has provided notice to the Company of his intention to step down from the Managing Director role, while remaining a Non–Executive Director.

Mr Taylor advised that he intends to step down effective 18 November 2011.

The Board is pleased to advise that Mr Parmesh Vakil will be appointed Managing Director from 18 November 2011.

Mr Vakil holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science in Geology and an MBA degree. Mr Vakil has over 25 years experience in exploration, mine geology and resource estimation, gained with leading exploration and mining companies. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM).
