United Orogen Limited (ASX: UOG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Shoshanna Zohar as Company Secretary, effective today.

Ms Zohar is a lawyer with over 4 years experience and is currently acting as In House Counsel for the Company. Ms Zohar has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Murdoch University and has previously worked in law firms practicing in corporate law, including Minter Ellison and Clavey Legal.

Ms Zohar succeeds Ms Jacy Leu who resigned as Company Secretary to commence maternity leave. The other members of the Board wish to thank Ms Leu for her services to the Company and look forward to her return.
