United Orogen Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mark Killmier as Company Secretary, with effect from July 20, 2009.

Mr Killmier, who was also appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer on 7[th] May 2009, has over 25 years experience in Business and Finance, working in the mining, manufacturing and engineering sectors, in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Western Australia, is a Fellow member of CPA (Certified Practising Accountants) Australia, and holds a Graduate Diploma in the Corporate Governance of ASX Listed Entities.

Mr Killmier succeeds Mr David Zohar who has today resigned as Company Secretary. The other members of the Board wish to thank Mr Zohar, who will remain as a director, for his service in the Company Secretary role.
