Paterson Resources Limited (ASX: PSL) ( Paterson or Company ) advises that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on 24 November 2023 at:

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 14.3, valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company at its registered office on or before 5.00pm (WST) on 12 October 2023.
