PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE DATE OF REPORTING FOURTH QUARTER AND ANNUAL RESULTS FOR 2013

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, February 13, 201 4 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that it will report its financial results for the year and quarter ended December 31, 2013 on Monday, March 10, 2014, before and in close proximity to publishing its financial reports for 2013 . .

Mr. Haim Romano (CEO) and Mr. Ziv Leitman (CFO) will review the results in a conference call that will be held on Monday, March 10, 2014 at 10.00 a.m. Eastern Time / 5.00 p.m. Israel Time .
