PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE DATE OF REPORTING Q2 2011 RESULTS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, July 12, 2011 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces today that it will release its financial results for the quarter ended June 30th 2011 on August 10, 2011.

Mr. Yacov Gelbard (CEO) and Mr. Emanuel Avner (CFO) will review the results in a conference call that will be held on August 10, 2011 at 10.00 a.m. Eastern Time / 5.00 p.m. Israel Time.
