PARTNER ANNOUNCES ITS INTENTION TO TERMINATE THE BRAND LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE

Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, January 5, 2016 – Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or the "Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that it has notified Orange of its decision to terminate the Orange brand license agreement according to the framework agreement between the parties. Partner will continue providing goods and services under the Orange brand name until further announcement.
