PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS REFERS TO THE MEDIA PUBLICATIONS REGARDING THE HOSTING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND ALON CELLULAR (A MOBILE VIRTUAL NETWORK OPERATOR)

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, January 2, 201 4 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces, following media publications in Israel according to which Alon Cellular Ltd. (Youphone) (" Alon Cellular "), a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), that is engaged in a hosting agreement with the Company (the " Hosting Agreement "), has signed a hosting agreement with Pelephone Communications Ltd. (the " Additional Hosting Agreement "), that the Company has not yet received any formal notice from Alon Cellular regarding this matter.

The Company is of the opinion that there is uncertainty regarding the implications of the Additional Hosting Agreement on the Company, since the Company lacks information regarding the scope of services that it will continue to provide to Alon Cellular by virtue of the Hosting Agreement until the date of its termination, should the Hosting Agreement terminate prior to the original termination date. In light of the above, the Company is unable, at this stage, to evaluate the effect of the Additional Hosting Agreement on its financial results.
