PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES RECEIVING A NOTICE REGARDING THE HISTADRUT'S CLAIM TO BE A REPRESENTATIVE LABOR UNION OF THE COMPANY'S EMPLOYEES

Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, June 25, 2014 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces that it received today a notice from the new general labor organization - the Histadrut (the " Histadrut "), claiming that the minimum number of the Company's employees required for a labor union to be recognized as a representative labor union (one-third of the Company's employees), have joined the Histadrut and therefore, it claims that as of today, June 25, 2014, the Histadrut is the representative labor union of the Company's employees .

The Company is conducting all necessary inquiries in order to verify the claimed facts included in this notice. Insofar as it will be found that at least one-third of the Company's employees have joined the Histadrut, the Company will recognize the Histadrut as the representative labor union of the Company's employees in accordance with the law.
