PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES RECEIVING A LAWSUIT AND A MOTION FOR THE RECOGNITION OF THIS LAWSUIT AS A CLASS ACTION FILED AGAINST 012 SMILE

Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, July 15, 2014 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces that its fully owned subsidiary, 012 Smile Telecom Ltd. ("012 Smile"), was served with a lawsuit and a motion for the recognition of this lawsuit as a class action, filed against 012 Smile on July 13, 2014 in the Central District Court.

The claim alleges that 012 Smile increased the service tariffs in certain tariff plans for fixed-line telephony services not in accordance with 012 Smile's representations and the terms of the subscriber agreement.

If the lawsuit is recognized as a class action the total amount claimed against 012 Smile is estimated by the plaintiff to be approximately NIS 27 million.

012 Smile is reviewing and assessing the lawsuit and 012 Smile and Partner are unable, at this preliminary stage, to evaluate, with any degree of certainty, the probability of success of the lawsuit or the range of potential exposure, if any.

פרטנר תקשורת מודיעה על קבלת תביעה ובקשה לאשרה

כתובענה ייצוגית כנגד חברת הבת 012 סמייל

ראש העין, ישראל, 15 ביולי 2014 - חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ ("פרטנר" או "החברה") (PTNR :TASE-I NASDAQ) מפעילת תקשורת מובילה בישראל, מודיעה כי חברת הבת בבעלותה המלאה, 012 סמייל טלקום בע"מ ("012 סמייל"), קיבלה כתב תביעה ובקשה לאישורה של התביעה כתובענה ייצוגית, שהוגשו כנגד 012 סמייל לבית המשפט המחוזי מרכז ביום 13 ביולי 2014.

בתביעה נטען, כי 012 סמייל העלתה את תעריפי השירותים בתכניות תעריפים מסויימות לשירותי טלפון קווי, וזאת בניגוד למצגי 012 סמייל ולתנאי ההתקשרות.

במקרה שהתביעה תאושר כתובענה ייצוגית, מוערך סכום התביעה כנגד 012 סמייל על ידי התובע בכ- 27 מיליון ש"ח.

סמייל בוחנת את התביעה ואין בידה או בידי פרטנר, בשלב מוקדם זה, כדי להעריך, באיזושהי מידה של וודאות, את סיכויי הצלחת התביעה או את היקף החשיפה הפוטנציאלית בגינה, ככל שקיימת.
