PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE REMOVAL OF AN ITEM FROM THE AGM AGENDA

Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, October 7, 2014 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces the removal of item 8 from the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for October 21, 2014, in order to re-examine the issue, insofar as this will be necessary.

No change is made to any other item on the AGM agenda.
