PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE RESIGNATION OF MR. YAHEL SHACHAR FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, December 30, 2014 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that it received a notice from Mr. Yahel Shachar, who serves as a director in the Company on behalf of Scailex Corporation Ltd. (" Scailex "), with respect to his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors , effective December 31, 2014, following the forthcoming end of his executive term at Scailex.
