PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES RECEIVING A LAWSUIT AND A MOTION FOR THE RECOGNITION OF THIS LAWSUIT AS A CLASS ACTION

Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, June 26, 2013 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces that it was served with a lawsuit and a motion for the recognition of this lawsuit as a class action, filed against Partner on June 23, 2013 in the Jerusalem District Court.

The claim alleges that Partner acted unlawfully by not offering its customers discounted cellular tariff plans which are offered under the "012 mobile" brand and by charging its customers that transferred to a plan under the "012 mobile" brand a payment for a new SIM card.

If the lawsuit is recognized as a class action the total amount claimed against Partner is estimated by the plaintiffs to be approximately NIS 232 million.

Partner is reviewing and assessing the lawsuit and is unable, at this preliminary stage, to evaluate, with any degree of certainty, the probability of success of the lawsuit or the range of potential exposure, if any.

פרטנר תקשורת מודיעה על קבלת תביעה ייצוגית ובקשה לאשרה כתובענה ייצוגית

ראש הען, ישראל, 26 ביוני 2013 - חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ (להלן "פרטנר" או "החברה") (PTNR :TASE ו-NASDAQ), מפעילת תקשורת מובילה בישראל, מודיעה כי קיבלה כתב תביעה ובקשה לאישורה של התביעה כתובענה ייצוגית, שהוגשו כנגד פרטנר לבית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים ביום 23 ביוני 2013.

בתביעה נטען, כי פרטנר פעלה שלא כדין בכך שלא הציעה ללקוחותיה חבילות סלולר מוזלות המוצעות תחת המותג "012 mobile" ובכך שגבתה מלקוחותיה שעברו למסלול תחת המותג "012 mobile" תשלום בעבור כרטיס סים חדש.

במקרה שהתביעה תאושר כתובענה ייצוגית, מוערך סכום התביעה כנגד פרטנר על ידי התובעים בכ-232 מיליון ₪.

פרטנר בוחנת את התביעה ואין בידה, בשלב מוקדם זה, כדי להעריך, באיזושהי מידה של וודאות, את סיכויי הצלחת התביעה או את היקף החשיפה הפוטנציאלית בגינה, ככל שקיימת.
