PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. ADAM CHESNOFF AS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, November 20, 2013 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that the Company's Board of Directors resolves to appoint Mr. Adam Chesnoff to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, following Mr. Shlomo Rodav's request to terminate his office as a director and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors due to personal reasons. In addition, the Board of Directors resolves to appoint Mr. Elon Shalev as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Adam Chesnoff thanked Mr. Rodav for his significant contribution to the Board of Directors and the Company's success. Mr Chesnoff said: "It is an honor to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Partner, a company with excellent employees, an outstanding management team and a special organizational culture. I believe that this combination of talent, merit and spirit will lead the company to new heights".

Mr. Adam Chesnoff was appointed to the Board of Directors of Partner effective as of January 29, 2013. He is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Saban Capital Group, Inc. (SCG), responsible for overseeing the SCG’s investment and business activities, including private equity and public market investments.

Mr. Elon Shalev was appointed to the Board of Directors of Partner effective as of January 29, 2013. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHL Telemedicine Ltd. and as a senior advisor to the Saban Capital Group.
