PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE DATE OF REPORTING Q4 2011 RESULTS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, February 5, 2012 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces today that it will release its financial results for the year and quarter ended December 31[st] 2011 on February 22, 2012.

Mr. Haim Romano (CEO) and Mr. Ziv Leitman (CFO) will review the results in a conference call that will be held on February 22, 2012 at 10.00 a.m. Eastern Time / 5.00 p.m. Israel Time.
