PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE DATE OF REPORTING ANNUAL 2011 RESULTS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, March 20, 2012 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces today, following the Company’s press release dated February 22, 2012, that it will report the final and complete results for the fourth quarter and for the year 2011 on March 22, 2012.

Mr. Haim Romano (CEO) and Mr. Ziv Leitman (CFO) will host a conference call that will be held on March 22, 2012 at 12.00 a.m. Eastern Time / 6.00 p.m. Israel Time.
