PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVED TO REDUCE THE BANK CREDIT FACILITY

Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, July 12, 2012 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces that the Company’s Board of Directors resolved to reduce the Company’s bank credit facility that is in effect until December 31, 2012, in the amount of NIS 780 million in order to decrease financial expenses. The credit facility shall not exceed NIS 60 million of which NIS 30 million of the credit facility is currently utilized for the purpose of Bank guarantees.
