PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS REPORTS THAT S&P MAALOT PLACED THE COMPANY’S RATING ON CREDITWATCH ON EXPECTED WEAKENED LIQUIDITY AND FINANCIAL MATRICS DUE TO, INTER ALIA, EXPECTATION FOR HIGHER DIVIDENDS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, September 10, 2012 - Partner Communications Company Ltd.
