PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE RESULTS OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

OF SHAREHOLDERS

Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, October 17, 2012 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the " Meeting "), that was held today at Partner's offices in Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel.

At the Meeting, all the proposals set forth in items (1) included in Partner's proxy statement dated September 12, 2012 (the " Proxy Statement ") sent in connection with the Meeting, were approved by the required majority as detailed in the Proxy Statement.

The proposals were as follows:

• ( 1 ) to approve the re-appointment of Mr. Barry Ben-Zeev (Woolfson) as an external director ( Dahatz ), to approve his remuneration, and to approve that no change is made to his existing indemnification letter and D&O insurance policy, which continue in full force and effect.
