PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION OF NIS 1.92 PER SHARE FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2010

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, February 23, 2011 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces today that its Board of Directors approved the distribution of a cash dividend (paid in NIS) for the fourth quarter of 2010 of NIS 1.92 (US 54 cents) per share or ADS (in a total of approximately NIS 300 million or US$ 85 million) to shareholders and ADS holders of record on March 16, 2011. The dividend is expected to be paid on March 28, 2011.

ראש העין, ישראל, 23 בפברואר, 2011 - חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ ("פרטנר" או "החברה") (PTSR :TASE – I NASDAQ), מפעילת תקשורת מובילה בישראל מודיעה היום, כי דירקטוריון החברה אישר חלוקת דיבידנד במזומן (שישולם בש"ח) לרבעון הרביעי של 2010 בסך של 1.92 ₪ (0.54 דולר) למניה (ובסך הכל כ-300 מיליון ₪, או 85 מיליון דולר בקירוב) למחזיקים רשומים של מניות החברה או של תעודות ה-ADS שלה נכון ליום הקובע ב-16 במרץ 2011. הדיבידנד צפוי להיות משולם ב-28 במרץ 2011.
