PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE DATE OF REPORTING 2011 Q1 RESULTS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, May 11, 2011 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces today that it will release its financial results for the quarter ended March 31[st] 2011 on May 25, 2011.

Mr. Yacov Gelbard (CEO) and Mr. Emanuel Avner (CFO) will review the results in a conference call that will be held on May 25, 2011 at 10.30 a.m. Eastern Time / 5.30 p.m. Israel Time.
