PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION OF NIS 1.35 PER SHARE FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2011

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, May 25, 2011 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces today that its Board of Directors approved the distribution of a cash dividend (paid in NIS) for the first quarter of 2011 of NIS 1.35 (39 US cents) per share or ADS (in a total of approximately NIS 210 million or US$ 60 million) to shareholders and ADS holders of record on June 29, 2011. The dividend is expected to be paid on July 11, 2011.
