PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS REPORTS THAT THE INTERNATIONAL AGENCY FOR RESEARCH ON CANCER (IARC) PUBLISHED A PRESS RELEASE REGARDING THE CLASSIFICATION OF RADIOFREQUENCY ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS AS POSSIBLY CARCINOGENIC TO HUMANS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, June 1, 2011 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), which is part of the World Health Organization (WHO), published on May 31, 2011 a press release according to which it has classified radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans based on an increased risk for adverse health effects, associated with wireless phone use.
