PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES DATE OF SECOND QUARTER 2009 RESULTS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, July 21, 2009 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces today that it will release its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 on August 10, 2009.

David Avner (CEO), Emanuel Avner (CFO) and Oded Degany (V.P. Corporate Development, Strategy and IRO) will review the results in a conference call that will be held at 10.00 a.m. Eastern Time / 5.00 p.m. Israeli Time.
