PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES IT RECEIVED A LAWSUIT REQUESTING CERTIFICATION AS A CLASS ACTION

ROSH HA’AYIN, Israel, May 7, 2008 – Partner Communications Company Ltd. (“Partner” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announced that it was served on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, with a lawsuit requesting certification as a class action, filed against Partner in the District Court of Jerusalem, by plaintiffs claiming to be subscribers of Partner.

The Plaintiffs claim that Partner should not have charged them for repairing their mobile handset.

The total amount to be claimed under the class action is estimated by the plaintiffs at approximately NIS 46 Million.

Partner will contest this lawsuit vigorously. At this preliminary stage, Partner is considering the merits of the claim and is unable to assess the extent of the validity of the claim against it.
