PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES IT RECEIVED A LAWSUIT REQUESTING CERTIFICATION AS A CLASS ACTION

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, July 5, 2007 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner") (Nasdaq and TASE: PTNR; LSE: PCCD), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announced that it was served yesterday with a lawsuit requesting certification as a class action, filed against Partner in the District Court of Tel-Aviv. The claim alleges that Partner over-billed one million subscribers.

If the lawsuit is certified as a class action, the total amount claimed from Partner is estimated by the plaintiff to be approximately NIS 1.5 billion.

Partner is still reviewing and assessing the lawsuit and at this preliminary stage is unable to evaluate the probability of success of the lawsuit or the range of potential exposure, if any, with any degree of certainty.

פרטנר תקשורת מודיעה על קבלת תביעה ובקשה להכרתה

כתובענה ייצוגית

ראש הען, 05 ביולי 2007 - חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ ("פרטנר") (NASDAQ and) מפעילת תקשורת סלולארית מובילה בישראל, הודיעה כי קיבלה אתמול כתב תביעה ובקשה לאישורה כתובענה ייצוגית, שהוגשו כנגדה לבית המשפט המחוזי בתל-אביב. בכתב התביעה נטען כי פרטנר ביצעה גביית יתר ממיליון לקוחות.

במקרה והתביעה תאושר כתובענה ייצוגית, סך הסכום הנתבע מפרטנר מוערך על ידי התובעת בכ- 1.5 מיליארד ש"ח.

פרטנר עדיין בוחנת ומעריכה את התביעה, אך בשלב מוקדם זה אין בידי החברה להעריך ברמת וודאות כלשהי את סיכויי הצלחתה של תביעה זו או את החשיפה הפוטנציאלית שיש בה, אם קיימת.
