PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES UPGRADE OF ITS BONDS RATING TO "Aa2" WITH A POSITIVE OUTLOOK AWARDED BY MIDROOG

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, December 02, 2007 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR; LSE: PCCD), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces that Midroog Ltd., an affiliate of Moody's Investors Service, announced the upgrade of Partner's series A bonds rating outlook to "Aa2/Positive".

In its report, Midroog stated that: "the positive outlook was awarded based on the improvement of the company's financial results and its coverage ratio."

פרטנר תקשורת מודיעה על העלאת תחזית דירוג של אגרות החוב שלה ל- "Aa2" עם תחזית "חיובי" שניתנה על ידי מידרוג

ראש העין, ישראל, 02 בדצמבר 2007 – חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ ("פרטנר") (התחנה: NASDAQ) – ד"ת: PTNR :TASE, מפעילת תקשורת סלולארית מובילה בישראל, הודיעה כי מידרוג בע"מ, שלוחה של מודי'ס שירותי משקיעים, הודיעה על העלאת תחזית הדירוג אשר ניתנה לאג"ח סדרה א' של חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ ל-Aa2/Positive.

בדו"ח שפרסמה, מידרוג אומרת כי: "האופק החיובי ניתן על רקע שיפור בתוצאות הכספיות של החברה וביחסי הכיסוי שלה."
