PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES IT RECEIVED A LAWSUIT REQUESTING CERTIFICATION AS A CLASS ACTION

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, November 27, 2007 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR; LSE: PCCD), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announced that it was served on Monday, November 26, 2007, with a lawsuit requesting certification as a class action, filed against Partner, in the District Court of Central District, by a plaintiff claiming to be a subscriber of Partner. The claim alleges that Partner charged consumers for various content services without obtaining their prior consent which is claimed to be contrary to the requirements of the general license of Partner.

If the lawsuit is certified as a class action, the total amount claimed from Partner is estimated by the plaintiff to be approximately NIS 381 million.

Partner will contest this lawsuit vigorously. At this preliminary stage, Partner is considering the merits of this claim and is unable to assess the extent of the validity of the claim against it.

פרטנר תקשורת מודיעה על קבלת תביעה ובקשה להכרתה כתובענה ייצוגית

ראש העין, ישראל, 27 בנובמבר 2007 – חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ ("פרטנר") (א"ס :PCCD :LSE :PTNR :TASE – NASDAQ) מפעילת תקשורת סלולארית מובילה בישראל, הודיעה כי קיבלה ביום שני, 26 בנובמבר 2007, כתב תביעה ובקשה לאישורה כתובענה ייצוגית, שהוגשו כנגדה לבית המשפט המחוזי במחוז מרכז, על ידי תובע הטוען להיותו מנוי של פרטנר. בכתב התביעה נטען כי פרטנר גבתה מלקוחותיה, שלא כדין, תשלום עבור שירותי תוכן שונים, מבלי לקבל את הסכמתם מראש, זאת, לטענת התובע, בניגוד לדרישות הקבועות ברשיונה של פרטנר.

במקרה והתביעה תאושר כתביעה ייצוגית, סך הסכום הנתבע מפרטנר מוערך על ידי התובע בכ- 381 מליון ש"ח.

בכוונתה של פרטנר להתנגד לתביעה זו בתוקף. פרטנר בוחנת את סיכויי הצלחת התביעה ואין בידה, בשלב מוקדם זה, כדי להעריך את הטענות המועלות כנגדה.
