PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS CORRECTS ERROR IN EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL EARLIER TODAY

Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, February 1, 2006 – Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR; LSE: PCCD), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, reports that inadvertently, in the conference call earlier today, at 17.00 Israel time, the figure quoted for net income was 2004 net income instead of 2005 net income. 2005 net income, as reported in the press release earlier today was NIS 354.6 million.
