PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF TRANSMISSION ACTIVITY OF IC-1

Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, July 6th, 2006, Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ, Tel Aviv: PTNR, London: PCCD) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the transmission activity of MED1 I.C.-1 (1999) LTD, including approximately 900 kilometers of transmission fiber, for cash consideration of approximately US$15 million.

של IC-1

ראש העין, ישראל, ה-6 ביולי 2006, חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ (סימול נאסד"ק ות"א PTNR וסימול לונדון PCCD) הודיעה היום כי השלימה את רכישת פעילות התמסורת של MED-1 IC-1 (1999) בע"מ, לרבות כתשע מאות קילומטרים של סיבי תמסורת, בתמורה של כ-15 מיליון דולר בקירוב.
