100,000 3G SUBSCRIBERS

Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, 20 December, 2005 – Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ, Tel Aviv: PTNR, London: PCCD ) announced today that it has approximately 100,000 3G subscribers.

Partner’s CEO, Amikam Cohen, expressed his satisfaction from the rate of subscribers joining the 3G network, and stated that Partner offers the highest quality network and the widest range of services in Israel.
