PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE DATE OF REPORTING Q1 2013 RESULTS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, May 6, 2013 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces today that it will report its reviewed financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 on Wednesday, May 22, 2013.

Mr. Haim Romano (CEO) and Mr. Ziv Leitman (CFO) will review the reviewed results in a conference call that will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 10.00 a.m. Eastern Time / 5.00 p.m. Israel Time.
