PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES DATE OF FIRST QUARTER 2009 RESULTS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, May 14, 2009 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces today that it will release its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 on May 21, 2009.

David Avner (CEO), Emanuel Avner (CFO) and Oded Degany (V.P. Corporate Development, Strategy and IRO) will review the results in a conference call that will be held at 10.00 a.m. Eastern Time / 5.00 p.m. Israeli Time.
