PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. ISSAC BENBENISTI AS THE COMPANY'S DEPUTY CEO

Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, October 1, 2014 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announces today the appointment of Mr. Issac Benbenisti as the Company's deputy CEO. Mr. Benbenisti will commence his office on November 2, 2014.

Mr. Issac Benbenisti, who has rich experience in the telecommunications field, is joining the Company after having served for seven years as the CEO of Bezeq International Ltd. In his previous positions, Mr. Benbenisti served as a director and manager of the PC and distribution channels division at Hewlett-Packard (HP) and as the CEO of CMS Compucenter Ltd.

Mr. Issac Benbenisti holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A in Business Administration specializing in finance and marketing, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Haim Romano, the Company's CEO, congratulated Mr. Issac Benbenisti for joining the Company's senior management team and noted that: "Mr. Benbenisti's rich experience, his vast knowledge in the telecommunications field and his proven achievements over the years, will significantly strengthen Partner's group activity ".
