Pandox AB (publ) has completed previously announced acquisitions of The Midland Manchester and Radisson Blu Glasgow

The Midland Manchester is consolidated as of 1 November 2018 and is included in the business segment Property Management. The acquisition price amounts to MGBP 102. Radisson Blu Glasgow is consolidated as of 31 October 2018 and is included in the business segment Operator Activities. The acquisition price amounts to MGBP 39.

Pandox's hotel property portfolio thereby comprises 145 hotel properties with a total of 32,214 rooms.
