Update re Equity Issuance

The Board of Pacific Horizon Investment Trust plc (the "Company") notes that, following the announcement earlier today, it has now exhausted its shareholder authority to issue new shares to meet demand at a premium to net asset value.  In response to sustained demand for the Company's shares, the Board is proposing to shareholders that they renew the requisite shareholder authority at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 10th November 2020 and in addition has initiated preparation of a prospectus to facilitate greater share issuance over the coming period.
