Change in Management Fee Calculation

The Board of Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC announces a change in the calculation of the annual management fee payable to its Investment Managers and Secretaries, Baillie Gifford & Co Limited. With effect from 1 January 2019, the annual management fee will be charged at a rate of 0.75% on the first £50m of net assets, at 0.65% on the next £200m of net assets and at 0.55% on the remaining net assets. The fee will continue to be calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.
