Retiral of Director

The Company announces that Edward Creasy will be retiring from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held in 10 November 2020. Edward Creasy joined the Board in 2010. It is intended that Angela Lane will replace him as Audit Committee Chairman and Senior Independent Director.

Angus Macpherson, the Company's Chairman, said: "The Board has benefited greatly from Edward's calmness, good sense and good humour over the years. His level head and wisdom will be missed and we wish him every success for the future."
