Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgevingen van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC

Leuven, BELGIË – 3 j u l i 2025 – 18u00 CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf met hoofdkantoor in Leuven, België, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het, in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , de volgende transparantiekennisgevingen heeft ontvangen:

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 3 juli 2025 van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 27 juni 2025 394.213 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 8.496.303 aandelen bezat en dus onder de drempel (5%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten.

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 3 juli 2025 van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 1 julii 2025 26.211 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 8.496.303 aandelen bezat en dus onder de drempel (3%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten.
