Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgevingen van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC

Leuven, BELGIË – 6 a u g u s t u s 2025 – 18u00 CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf met hoofdkantoor in Leuven, België, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het, in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , de volgende transparantiekennisgevingen heeft ontvangen:

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 6 augustus 2025 van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 24 juli 2025 2.353.539 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 25.821.963 aandelen bezat en dus onder de drempel (10%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten.

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 6 augustus 2025 van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 25 juli 2025 4.422.057 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 36.983.581 aandelen bezat en dus boven de drempel (10%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten.
