Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 28 augustus 2025 van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 28 juli 2025 7.338.549 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 36.983.581 aandelen bezat en dus boven de drempel (15%) kwam door de aankoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten.
