Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgeving van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC

Leuven, BELGIË – 2 2 j u l i 2025 – 18u00 CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf met hoofdkantoor in Leuven, België, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het, in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , de volgende transparantiekennisgeving heeft ontvangen:

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 18 juli 2025 van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 16 juli 2025 2.460.942 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 12.428.021 aandelen bezat en dus onder de drempel (20%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten.
